Frequently Asked Questions

Do you meet with clients in person or virtually?

Currently, I am only meeting with clients virtually.

This may change eventually and I will notify current clients and my waitlist if the option for in-person therapy becomes available.

What states can you see clients in?

I am licensed in Massachusetts. As long as you are physically located in MA at the time of our session, we’re great!

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, and Aetna.

Some insurance companies offer out of network benefits (for the insurances I am not credentialed with) and may provide reimbursement for some of what you pay. I am happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company if I am not in network with them. I recommend calling your insurance to verify benefits and the process for out of network coverage and reimbursement.

How much does therapy cost if I don’t use my insurance?

Intake Session (60 minutes): $200

Therapy Session (45-55 minutes): $175

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your treatment.

Are you currently accepting new clients? What if I want to work with you and our availability doesn’t align?

Yes! I am accepting new clients starting in September of 2025. If you are interested in therapy and we cannot make it work currently, I can add you to my waitlist and notify you when spots open up.

Do you have evening sessions available?

I have some evening sessions each week, but they are my most popular time slot and are often used by teens who cannot meet during the school day. If you have some flexibility in your schedule to meet during the day or early afternoon, that helps!
